Luckily family holidays are still underway and this year we went to a town called Villamoura in the Algarve, Portugal. I had never been to Portugal before and expected ;Portuguese ;to sound more like Italian or Spanish, but it was much more Polish sounding, which was odd.

| Midweek we went on a boat trip to some caves and had a ;barbecue ;on the remote beach that we landed at. |

| We also visited an ;archaeological ;site and had a look at some Roman remains. I had a go in the swimming pool. |

| We also made a human caterpillar. |
The best thing about the holiday was the roof top terrace. My future home has been updated to incorporate such a thing. Non negotiable. ;
